5. Custom & OEM Orders

Custom-manufactured products, OEM production, and private-label orders are produced according to customer-approved specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Product specifications

  • Packaging details

Once production has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

MAHF International is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

6. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Order quantity

  • Product specifications

  • Material selection

  • Printing or embroidery requirements

  • Packaging

  • Shipping destination

Taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other government charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Production generally begins after payment terms have been agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)

  • PayPal (where applicable)

  • Other approved payment methods

Orders may require a deposit before manufacturing begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

8. Production & Delivery

Production times depend on:

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

MAHF International is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

  • Supplier delays

9. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order volume

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Standard products may be eligible for return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, OEM, and private-label products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective due to manufacturing faults.

Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period after delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

11. Warranty

MAHF International warrants that its products are manufactured using quality materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • Accidental damage

12. Intellectual Property
